    Because each item is handmade, I am not able to accept returns or exchanges for change of mind.


    I do accept returns or exchanges in the following cases:

    • If your item arrives damaged or defective.

    • If there was an error with your order.


    To request a return or exchange:

    2. Return the item in its original, unused condition within 14 days of delivery.

    3. Once the item is received, I will issue a refund or replacement.
