Shipping, Returns & Exchanges

Shipping Policy

All items are handmade to order and typically ship within 5–7 business days.

 

Orders are shipped via USPS with tracking provided once your package is on its way.

 

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location.

 

At this time, we ship to the United States only.

Please note: Once an order has been shipped, delivery times are out of our control. If your package is delayed or lost, please get in touch with the shipping carrier with your tracking number.

Returns & Exchanges

Because each item is handmade, I am not able to accept returns or exchanges for changes of mind.

I do accept returns or exchanges in the following cases:

  • If your item arrives damaged or defective.

  • If there was an error with your order.

To request a refund:

  • Contact me within 7 days of delivery.

  • Return the item in its original, unused condition within 14 days of delivery.

  • Once the item is received, I will issue a refund or replacement.

Please note:

Return shipping costs are the buyer's responsibility. Custom or personalized items cannot be returned or exchanged unless damaged/defective.
